The GHSEV board of directors would like to invite you to join us for the 2021 VIRTUAL Echo-Vascular Holiday Meeting! Out of an abundance of caution, this year’s festivities will again be held remotely, but there will be plenty of activities and to make this an engaging, fun, and educational activity.

Though it will be virtual, we know this will be a great event with opportunities to network with colleagues in other parts of the Texas Medical Center, learn more about echoes and new technologies, and enjoy the holidays together as the GHSEV!

6:00 – 6:20 pm: Vendor Exhibit and Networking
We are so thankful for the ongoing support from our industry partners. Take a moment to visit their “virtual booths” organized in breakout rooms, to network and check out the new technologies our ultrasound vendors have to offer. We recommend that you download the Zoom desktop program or smartphone app ahead of time for a better experience as the breakout rooms may not be available to those who join using the web platform.
6:20 – 6:30 pm: Welcome and opening remarks from our President
Dr. Garcia-Sayan will provide GHSEV updates and announce new committee members for 2022-2024
6:30 – 6:50 pm: Echo Jeopardy
We are bringing back this educational and fun-filled contest, but this year participants will be able to play individually for the opportunity to win prizes, using the free CrowdBuzzer app.
6:50 – 7:30 pm: Two outstanding educational talks centered around Tricuspid Valve pathology.

The event and CME credits for educational activities are free for all GHSEV members, and new members are always welcome to join!
